You have to clean that spot where there is no smell that the pup can smell. There are enzyme cleaners and also vinegar works pretty well. If it is a carpeted area, steam clean it VERY well first, then use the enzyme cleaner as directed or add vinegar to spot and let it dry.

Then consider pee pad training her if you are gone too long for her hold it.
