Welcome to YT and thank you for rescuing this little girl.
The first thing to do when you get a puppy or a rescue dog is take them for a vet check 24 to 48 hours after you get them. 24 hours is ideal. I have never breed a dog so cannot help with what to look for or how long before you see a vet to find out if she's pregnant, I will say, since you have her 10 days and didn't take her for a vet check, I would make that a priority. Get to vet ASAP. Hopefully some of our breeders may be able to offer up what to look for in early stage of pregnancy.
