Financing a dog purchase?
I know people could just use a credit card to accomplish the same thing when buying from a pet store, but I still think this is morally wrong/unethical for the store to promote.
I can't believe Petland is still in business anywhere.
Poor puppy was probably exhausted and exposed to who knows what at the park.
