What's great is at these Yelp events, I have made friends with the professional photographer, and he doesn't SEEM to mind me bombarding him with questions every time I see him. He's there to work LOL. But usually after the events when people are mingling and he's pretty much done with the pics I go show him some of my pics. He told me my pics would be better with a lower F stop, then he looked at my lens (still the kit) and he's like, oh that's the lowest. LOL
I may treat myself to a prime lens after halloween, which is when I make some extra money doing my costume stuff.
