I just installed this resizer and I like it so far. Once you install it all you have to do is find the pic in your PC, right click and choose resize. It gives you 3 options (small, med, large). It saves the file in the same directory and adds either small med or large to the file name. The best thing is that it will do multiple pics at once. I put it on a Windows 7 64 bit system.
