Awww, bless your heart for taking her - she sounds like she SO badly needs a good, loving, forever home - finally! Poor little thing. If she's been kept in a kennel, then she has been severely neglected and is just feeling broken / shut down right now - this can happen to dogs. Hang in there, give it lots of time, sit back, and just watch her blossom over time....you will witness her little spirit coming to light again, and it will be beautiful - I promise
