Relatively speaking, I've only been a Chewy customer a very short time and had such a very positive experience with them that I shared the info. Thanks for sharing the negative or poor experience AND that it was resolved eventually. So in my toolbox now is if a chewy representative ever disappoints, I'll ask for a supervisor or just call them back later that day.

It was years ago, over a decade???? Some greenie chew treats were killing dogs... We never have and never will buy anything associated with greenies. |
