Welcome to Yorkie Talk. The meds could be affecting his appetite and tummy. Some people try pure pumpkin (the kind without any spices) for diarrhea, but pumpkin can worsen diarrhea in some dogs like my Teddy.
Did the vet check his teeth and do any bloodwork? Sometimes bad teeth can make a dog reluctant to eat.
I would give the vet's office a call and ask if the vet can recommend something for his tummy to go with the meds your pup is on.
