I would contact them and let them know of your experience with this person. She sounds like she needs more training on what customer service should be.
Buddybear doesn't like greenies. I give my big dog her glucosamine in peanut butter on a cracker. I thought those little pill things were a great idea but too expensive so we do the pb + cracker. |
