I was going to look it up but had been online too long and should be off now so thank you, Dottie. Sounds like it's something to keep in mind if this neck gets any hinkier than it is and keeps causing bad headaches I can't seem to stop on my own, since I can't take ibuprofen, ASA or NSAIDS or regular pain Rx for it(prescription pain Rx GIVES me a headache!). Osteoarthritis is really hitting me hard in my hip and neck, even my left shoulder and right TMJ pop and crack now. Have been using extra sugar in my iced tea, cereal(in real milk which I now buy) to try to gain weight and have even bought ice cream and cheese, meat to eat. Wonder if all that sugar and rich food could be causing the O-A to act up so? I used to mostly eat veggies and soups, drank soy milk!
