If it matters to her that her dog doesn't look as she thinks it should or there are health concerns or something, she will probably become curious, begin to question, research, call the breeder, ask friends, etc. and then you might share you thoughts. But if she never does, I'd likely just leave it alone.

I totally agree on this, also agree if breeding is being thought of I would tell her my concern.This is certainly a Dilemma.
