I would tend to let it be and let the new mom come to her own understanding of the heritage of her baby - or not - depending on how things go in their lives. If it matters to her that her dog doesn't look as she thinks it should or there are health concerns or something, she will probably become curious, begin to question, research, call the breeder, ask friends, etc. and then you might share you thoughts. But if she never does, I'd likely just leave it alone.
