First I would like to clarify that I would
NEVER!!! hang my Lolita from her neck.... I've seen too many pics of people doing it to their pets and I can't stand looking at those pics...
I am very happy though to see all the concern messages from you guys... In the pic in question, Lolita is being raised using this type of harness (see attached pic). And even with this type of harness I don't like to raise her much as she's a bit on the heavy side (8-9 lbs). I do plan on buying her a ticker type of harness like the one DBlain mentioned above.
