I will definitely try oatmeal and chicken and rice. She has been eating small amounts of chicken. She is a large Yorkie(15 lbs.) and normally is hungury
Thanks,

I can imagine your frustration that the vet has been unable to find anything but Nicole is not eating or behaving as she normally does. Trust your instincts and see an internal med specialist. Do you know which blood tests were done? You mentioned she started with vomiting and still has dry heaves occasionally. Something easy to rule out would be pancreatitis with a cPL blood test: specific canine pancreatic lipase. Sometimes pancreatitis goes undetected, slips under the radar.

Sending well wishes for your girl.
