Bones22, I have also been where you are with my yorkie having a case of pancreatitis that affected both his liver and kidneys. Getting over the hump with the pancreatitis was the worst part, but he was fragile for a few months. Eventually the liver and kidney numbers did go back to normal and he did not have lasting damage. The best place for your baby right now is in the hospital getting continuous IV fluids. Please let us know how he is tomorrow. Will be sending positive thoughts and prayers for a full recovery.
