Your poor baby girl! Glad to hear surgery went smoothly and that she is doing well other than the incontinence. I agree with Ann to put a call into the vet about the meds.
Sometimes anesthesia can cause incontinence for a couple days after surgery. Maybe the pain med and antibiotic are affecting her too?
