Hi and welcome to YT . You're probably not seeing results from changing foods bc food allergies are actually very rare. It's wayyyy more likely you're dealing w/ an enviro allergy like dust, pollens, grass, trees etcetera.

If the itching is this bad, it's affecting quality of life and you should medicate - there are a lot of options.
