Default Having a Problem, Need your Help!

Ok, So if you remember I had my gall bladder out two weeks ago this coming Monady. I have been having pain on my right side just under my rib cage. Surgeon said it was a routine case, everything went as planned. I shouldn't be having any pain. He sent me for blood work. The pain isn't always there. It is however there when I laugh, burp, cough, sneeze, etc. Its a sharp pain and its it only on my right side. I can not roll over in bed to my right side without waking up in pain. If I breath deep I can feel it most of the time.. The Doctor seems stumped. This is where you guys come in.. Does anyone have any clue as to what this could be?? I have a high pain tolerance , so I don't think its a LITTLE something, and I'm starting to get a bit freaked out!! If you have any thoughs, no matter how weird they might seem, please send them my way!! Thanks
