Was this a recent dental ? If yes then just give it a few days as often anaesthesia can cause this for a bit. Did the vet close the hole where the canine tooth was removed ? if not then this could be the problem as saliva gets directly into the sinus cavity & causes noisy breathing. Keep check on the hole if there is one as it can cause other problems as well. My vet always closes the hole from canine removal, by doing a little skin flap over the area.
