Before I had yorkies I had birds (dwarf parrots) and a poodle. I would let the birds out of the cage,they had their wings clipped, they would go on the floor and walk on the poodles back, that dog was so good with birds. Then I got my first yorkie, she would sit under the cage salivating over the birds, 2nd, 3rd & 4th yorkie the same thing, they wanted to kill the bird,the fluttering of their wings would drive the yorkie wild lol. When the birds died I never got anymore. Watch that lil bird, around your girls.
