I just saw your post above -- I would not withhold meds. But, if they can't keep them down, or need a little food to go with them, I don't know.
Hoping your vet can get back to you soon, or better yet, that the vomiting just stops. With my Teddy, I started him back on food with a cracker type dog treat. Very bland. Just something to make sure he could hold it down.
