A little story, some years back I had a Poodle that was devoted to me, her first winter she was a bit under one year old, I asked my (now ex) husband to pull off my boots, my Gigi was on my lap, when the husband grabbed my boot she went after him, we laughed because as small as she was,she was feisty. Well this went on for several years, now she is 4 y/o, we had a New Years Eve party, music blasting, ppl dancing and talking, I was sitting with her on my lap so she wouldn't get stepped on, my neighbor was sitting next to me, to get my attention he tapped me on my knee, the dog went after him and bit him, wasn't funny anymore. Train now to prevent aggressive behavior.
