Any of those samples you have are very nice foods. I feed pre-made frozen raw, but kibbles I like are Natures Logic (venison is my fave), Solid Gold Barking at the Moon or Wee Bits, Orijen/Acana, Natures Variety etc...
And coconut oil is great for them, yes!
