My girl is 16 months now and she still goes once (sometimes twice if we have gone to bed a little earlier) per night. We just use the pee pads by the back door and she's pretty good to use them (minus the odd miss here and there).
I'm hoping she will be able to hold it all night at some point, but she doesn't have much room in that little bladder of hers so I don't mind
