I am so sorry your baby gets car sick, it is miserable for her and you.
Many here have reported that when they place their dogs in a Snoozer car seat where the dog can see out, they do not have the problem. My dog has that seat and he loves it. They can also sleep in it if you get the right size.
Another medication that is very good for nausea and was really meant for car sickness is Cerenia. It is relatively expensive but it often prevents the car sickness. One has to follow the instructions carefully for it to work well.
I assume you do not feed your dog for some time before traveling?
