Again thank you Lisa for this link, I got Merrick Grain Free Real Texas Beef + Sweet Potato, limited ingredients grain and poultry free. He has had 1.5 cups in the transitioning from the Natural Balance. That is being returned today along with the freeze dried. I will see what Pet Smart carries in limited ingredients. Cody has allergies, July 14th he started `Apoquel 5.4Ml. 1/2 pill everyday for 14 days, then 1/2 a pill every other day. Vet said to keep him on limited ingredients. He still scratches like crazy, vet appointment for 9/3. When I was in Pet Supply they also carried Wilderness LI, but was told it was made by Blue Buffalo, so I kept away from that. If worse comes to worse and I cannot find a LI today I will buy just reg. kibble. With all the dogs I have had , Poodles, Schnauzers then the yorkies I have NEVER had a dog that had allergies, also "back then" lol we didn't have all the diff.dog foods we have today, Science Diet and Iams were the top of the line dog foods "back then" lol, nor did we have the Pet supply shops we have today. Selecting a "safe" dog food seems to be a challenge these days. Again, thank you for the link.
