I would be finding a new vet for sure! I would not be at all happy about that kind of treatment.

As far as the teeth goes, it is putting them under that costs a lot. I had a vet tell me that one of my other dogs needed a tooth pulled and told me if it wasn't out by her next appointment in 2 weeks he wanted to remove it. The night before the appointment I checked and the tooth was still there. I showed it to my husband and he was trying to look at it and grabbed it and she turned it head and it was in his fingers when she did. LOL It must have been really ready to come out because he did not pull at all and barely had a grip on it.

I did ask when I made the appointment to get my puppies fixed about any baby teeth and they did tell me they would check for teeth that needed to be removed that morning and she said it was $15 extra. I am assuming that is per tooth, but I didn't ask about that. I am pretty sure both puppies have lost all canine's and all the ones in the front on top and bottom. Not sure how many other teeth need to fall out to be honest.
