Any advice from other breeders out there as to how to manage enquiries and sales.

As always we want our dogs to go to top quality homes where they will be cared for and loved for life but we are also aware of the limitations of selecting owners at the best of times, never mind Xmas.
Not a breeder.
We got our Pippi on Christmas eve, our breeder knew, we were going to have a very quiet Christmas. Not much different than every other day.

I'd encourage not handing pups over until after Christmas, if the new owners are going to have celebrations, lots of visitors or noise.
