This thread made my head hurt- I know some of the comments are older but NSAR is not a legit registry, pretending to have a service dog IS fraud, and an ESA does not get public rights of any kind. |
As far as I am aware EVERY registry and certification web site out there are not legitimate. The only legitimate certification is one that is assigned by a trained handler. All others are out to earn money from those who are ignorant of the fact that they need not certify or register their service dog, or those who are trying to pass off an untrained pet as a service dog. Service dogs must perform three tasks that mitigate the disability of their handler, any less and they are not considered a service dog.
