His name is Mario. That is what the shelter named him, and they had him for about 3 weeks, and we did not want to change his name on him again. It seems to fit him anyway.
He was found in a walmart parking lot running with his brother. They named the brother Luigi from Super Mario Brothers. The brother was adopted a week after Mario was. He was a bit smaller and lighter in color, but hair length and quality were the same.
Mario's hair has gotten softer every time I bathe him. We have had him about 3 months now. He was 8.2lbs when we got him, but he was a bit skinny then. The brother was 7.3 I believe.
