hi there,
When I moved with my two little dogs they really freaked out once we were in our new place. However, I can suggest to you to place her in a bedroom or a room with a baby gate so she can see whats going on, and still be safe. Keep her favorite toys and a comfy blanket for her in the room. Since she is already traveled a lot this might not be a big problem for her.
