Oh yeah I went through that and whenever Dutch tried to chase the cat away, I would quickly scoop her up and put her in the powder room for a timeout. After doing this a few times, she didn't do it (most of the time). She hated being in the powder room.
I didn't yell at her or scold her. I just simply removed her for about 10 minutes. Whenever the cat wanted a little attention, Duchess would just give her the evil eye but she didn't chase her away. |
