He definitely has the markings of a yorkie! But bc of the wire hair and his size, he may either be a yorkie mix or a poorly bred yorkie from a byb. Doesn't matter bc you saved a life and thank you for that! And thank you for training him to become a service dog. I would just say he's a yorkie mix when asked.
