I agree - I would just keep an eye on her - sounds like she's acting perfectly normal.
Our pups probably have scratches and bruises all the time that we don't notice.....because they are covered with hair. I know little children certainly get their share of bumps and bruise all the time -- with no serious injuries.
Just keep an eye on her like the vet said.
