It is NOT unusual for my females to have a drop in their temp. more than once before whelping.. Infact a couple of mine their temp. has dropped twice before whelping.. When I notice the first temp. drop I start taking their temp. alittle more regular, maybe every 2-3 hours so that I can notice if it rises again.. Is this her 59th day from the first breeding or the last? It also sounds like her mammary glands are just getting ready for the soon to be newborn pups! Is your female eating at all?
