Update:

Malani has done very well during the move. The short round trip flight for house hunting with the wife went well. The 4 day drive from NY to Austin went very well. We arrived in Austin last Sunday and are staying in hotel until we are ready to move into house (movers showed up today with our stuff but still need to unpack and get a refridgerator, washer, dryer).

I'm sure she's a bit confused but seems to be very content. Eating and potty have for the most part stayed on schedule. I'm really proud of her, she has done very well considering everything is changing and she isn't even 2 yet!

We are still searching for a vet. There is a hospital in the local petsmart in case there are any emergencies.

I started a thread in the local forums but seems they get little to no traffic. So, if any one in the Austin area can recommend vet and groomer it would be greatly appreciated. We will be living close to the Pflugerville/Austin border.
