It's a shame someone can't swing her by her neck a few times to teach her how it feels! What's worse, you KNOW her neighbors who have seen that video could report her and get that dog taken away. PETA would come steal it if they knew who she was - but sadly they'd kill it. Still, that might be kinder for the little thing than being injured all the time by its sadist owner. Maybe the little thing will manage to escape and run off one day.
