That poor little dog swung by its tiny neck, hit the pavement and the officer so hard it has to be hurt and sore. Wasn't it wearing a collar? If so, it's little neck and body, hips, etc., could be damaged! Hope they got that poor baby to the vet for some x-rays, exam, pain medicine or something. That poor baby - stuck in a home with that nutcase all its life! Makes me sick to think what it's probably endured. Hope that little dog is taken from that wretch and I pray he never gets another one. I pray someone ELSE is lovingly caring for that baby tonight and onward.
