My 2 puppies are siblings and they do the craziest things to each other. My puppy will get under my daughters puppy and then lift up while he is underneath her and lift her off the ground. She will grab his tail and pull him to the ground. They will lock onto each others side of their mouths and neither one will let go. They will stand so they are next to each other with the others butt by their face and put their head's on each other's back and then walk in a circle like that. The crazy things they do! I would think they are just playing, but without seeing it, I am not 100% sure, but it sounds like it might be play. My babies do the craziest things to each other.
