All of my Yorkies like to cuddle at least some. Teek loves to be touching me all the time and he sometimes sleeps in my arms.

Rowan comes and snuggles with me for a while.

Raksha you can carry around like a baby doll! She is the most cuddly of all of them and literally is carried around like she is a baby. She is constantly asking to be picked up and she will just mold herself to my side like she is a baby and put her head on my shoulder. It is the funniest thing. She spent all morning curled up on my lap after I took my kids to school.
