Where is the crate at night ? Dogs like & need to be with their pack & now that's you. Put her crate where she can see & smell you at night. Make sure she has a toy that she likes in there with her & a shirt or towel that smells like you often helps as well. Be sure to pay attention as she will also whine to let you know that she needs to potty.
