Have you tried a booster seat for Lexie, one that is elevated OFF the passenger seat. My adopted boy would get car sick until I got this booster seat at Pet Supplies Plus store, here is a picture of the booster seat. Cody has been using it 1.5 years and has never gotten sick since.Name of booster seat at Pet supplies….Tagalong Pet Booster Seat…large size holds up to 18 Lb dog. Basket dimensions: 16” W x 14”D x 8” H Cody weighs 12 Lbs. I got the large so he has room to lay down and sleep. They also sell sizes small and Med.
