Welcome and to get this thread back on topic..you baby does not have baby teeth because he is too young to have them! He would normally be with his mom yet and would not really need teeth as he would be nursing and eating gruel. s for the vet saying he might not get them---horse-hockey! All Yorkie puppies do get their baby teeth when they are the right age to have them.
Okay, I might have offended someone but this is accurate. That baby should still be with its mommie.
