I'm an Army brat and visited Okinawa. Such a beautiful island. I lived at Camp Zama. Doesn't the base have a veterinarian? All the bases my dad was stationed at overseas had one. They are mainly there for the K-9 Corps but they also treated the enlisted personnel's family pets.
