It might be a combo shot meaning it is all in one shot. I was going to wait on getting mine their rabies shot, but their last set of puppy shots included rabies in it. They were only given one shot and they got the distemper and rabies all in 1 shot. As far as the bordetella, I don't know if that one is included or if it will be a separate shot. That is what she should ask the vet is how many shots the puppy will be getting and if it is more than one I would see about splitting them up by about 3 weeks or so. Although sometimes you have to pay for another vet visit for the next shot. Mine came in "puppy packages" which meant that I paid one price and got everything included in that visit. If I split it up I would have missed out on the discount of getting it all at once.
