They did not find anything so they put her on prescription wet dog food for 5 days and some meds. Today we put her back on her dry dog food (blue buffalo) within 5 hrs she was back to bloody diarrhea. Back to the vet we went and we are doing another 5 days of prescription wet food and meds then we will slowly transition her back to her dry food. Has anyone else delt with a similar situation? Vet said she may just have a sensitive stomach and need to stay on the prescription dog food permanently. I hate seeing my furbabies not feeling well. I feel so helpless.
So, was she on Blue Buffalo from the breeder or did you change her to this food? IF you changed her to the food...go back to what the breeder was feeding (even if you don't want it long term) and feed it for at least another month or so.

I would also be suspicious of this particular bag of food - make sure you keep the lot #, just in case something is wrong here. Maybe start a new bag?
