Somewhat Off topic but my husband and I were discussing this the other day. Where we live now there are dogs and cats roaming EVERYWHERE! It drives me crazy ....not only is it dangerous....it's rude. Dogs and cats poop in OUR yard and our dogs receive whatever germs their dog carries. OUR dogs are out in OUR yard on a leash....I have to be on high alert because there are loose pit bulls that run around. Three times now I've been in the yard with Winnie on her leash and had to haul her up like a fish on a line because a pit comes storming in out of the dark. Animal control (thankfully) is quite active here and are genuinely trying to locate the owners of said dogs (they are uncatchable) and the little male chihuahua that shows up at our house almost daily (wearing a shirt most days) has severe diarrhea. I've had to treat our yard multiple times just to be on the safe side. I say....if you don't care enough about your dog to keep it safe and respect your neighbors pets safety and health , don't have them. Ignorant people like these folks with the yorkies are just infuriating.
