Try cat harnesses if need be. That's what I get for them until they get a little bigger. And massage the ears often to get the circulation going and that's always worked for me to get their ears up...but maybe at a year it's already decided on ears down. Ears down is just fine too. My Toby has floppy ears and he's cute as a damn button. I wouldn't even want his ears to go up at this point. As for the aggressiveness, just give it time and they will come around. It's not an immediate thing for them to be comfortable together.
