Default Piper

I am sorry your little Piper is not feeling good.
If the vet could not find any reason for her GI issues and she gets better on the prescription food then why not keep her on that? If she was on the canned from the vet, you might try mixing the kibble prescription formula with the canned, gradually, and finally just on the prescriptions kibble.
BB food could be too rich for her sensitive stomach. My neighbor had a dog with Piper's symptoms and situation and after feeding the Hills Prescription ID canned plus the same type of kibble, her dog did fine.
I know we would prefer to feed what we think is a better quality food than the Prescription, but I for one have found that keeping my Pacreatitis prone dog on the Prescription Hills ID has kept him well.
I do add a little home cooked low fat chicken breast to the kibble to make it more tasty.
Good luck and I hope Piper feels better soon.
