Oreo was like that too! he had dry flakey skin and would always itch no matter what shampoo we used. i tried a ton of those hypoallergenic ones, and oatmeal ones...
i then got him the Missing Link (powder) supplement, recommended to me by a vet and all the itchiness, dry flakes dissappeared! |
